The staff's friendliness and responsiveness were commendable, adding a personal touch to the stay.I appreciated the well-maintained room with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable bed. The option for in-room breakfast was a nice touch for those wanting a leisurely morning before heading out to explore the city.While the hotel offers various services like laundry and car hire, some additional charges like breakfast may not be included in the room rate, impacting the overall value proposition. However, for a business traveler like myself, the convenience and comfort provided by Novotel made it a suitable choice for a short stay.In conclusion, Novotel Poznań Centrum offers a decent blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for travelers seeking a central location and modern amenities, albeit at a slightly higher cost.
